A mother of five children is currently unemployed and searching for work to help support her family.
With a monthly household income of less than $5,000, the family struggles to cover daily expenses like rent, utilities, cleaning supplies and food. Making matters more difficult, the family’s car recently broke down, creating additional transportation challenges.
Despite her best efforts to care for her family and manage the household, the mother worried she wouldn’t be able to provide Christmas gifts for her children this year.
She received assistance with their holiday celebration from the Brighter Christmas Fund.
Your donation to the Brighter Christmas Fund could help local families in similar situations provide a holiday celebration for their children.
