Flanked by city leaders, San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie discusses President Donald Trump’s comments that he has called off a surge of federal law enforcement in San Francisco on Oct. 23.

Since last August, President Trump, Gov. Moore and Baltimore Mayor Scott have engaged in a war of words over federal intervention to address crime in Baltimore.
